Pasticceria Rosa produces a wide range of cakes, pies and pastries which can satisfy the needs of all its customers.

The “cannoncinos” are prepared using butter instead of margarine. Four different types are available: chantilly cream, hazelnut, custard and zabaglione.

The wide range of puffs, which are also prepared using butter instead of margarine, includes: whipped cream, chantilly cream, “crema e cioccolato bianco”, “, hazelnut, “zabaglione”, “panna cotta”, coffee, “dulce de leche”, “crema di mandorle”, “ricotta”, “smarties”, coconut and “i cigni alla panna”.

“I cestini di frolla” contain a very delicate cream which can be perfectly combined with fresh fruits.

“Le apolline (aragostine)” are another type of very popular pastry normally made with whipped cream, chantilly cream and ricotta. “I cannoli siciliani” are delicious pastries prepared with real sheep’s ricotta (imported on a weekly basis directly from Sicily) with the additino of chocolate drops and candied fruits.

“Le Millefoglie” “l'italiana” are pastries with an ancient taste. They are also visually attractive due to different layers of pastry kept together with vanilla cream.

“Il Babà”, a traditional pastry soaked in rhum, is also available with cream. The selection of cookies includes: “Baci di dama bianchi e neri”, “esse al burro”, “paste di mandorle” and other tea pastries.

All available cakes are also prepared in single serving portions. Single serving cakes are ideal for those who want a product which is always fresh.

Pasticceria Rosa, upon request, also create garnishments on cakes reproducing personal drawings or photographs or any image. This is ideal for celebrating specific events such as a birthdays or a bachelor’s parties.
